Pilot Weekend Hours at Special Collections & Archives

EZproxy Maintenance

Please be aware that the Libraries' EZproxy server will be offline for scheduled maintenance on Friday, June 12, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

During this two-hour window, access to all library databases that proxy from the library website will be unavailable. If you are currently working on a research project, please plan your database access around this downtime.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to keep our systems running smoothly.

The UNLV Special Collections and Archives will pilot weekend hours on select Sundays this fall to provide more opportunities for in-person research and access to unique resources.

We will be open noon-5 p.m. on the following Sundays:

  • September 14
  • October 12
  • November 9
  • December 7

Researchers are encouraged to contact special.collections@unlv.edu in advance with requests for material. Walk-ins are welcome. Please note that staff will be limited, so you may experience a longer wait time.

Located on the third floor of Lied Library, Special Collections & Archives is normally open 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Free parking is available on campus on Sundays.
