  • The Building Las Vegas Web Archive is comprised of archived websites captured in 2017 that are related to UNLV University Libraries documentation project, Building Las Vegas. Archived websites represent architecture firms, construction companies, and housing developers in the Las Vegas Valley. This collection includes websites for organizations such as Mark L. Fine & Associates, Klai Juba Wald Architecture, Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, and AIA Las Vegas.

  • The Roosevelt Fitzgerald Professional Papers (1890-1996) contain the papers and writings of Roosevelt Fitzgerald, a former University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) anthropology professor and Director of the Ethnic Studies department. Materials include Fitzgerald's educational records, professional correspondence, and documents from his time at UNLV. The collection also contains drafts of his articles on Black history in Nevada and discrimination, newspaper clippings and copies of the Las Vegas Sentinel Voice in which his articles appeared, photographs, and prepared speeches.

Louise Randall Lawler discusses her early years in Las Vegas, her family history, and her experience as Rancho High School's first Black cheerleader. She talks about her cheer experience at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, her teaching career for the Clark County School District at Rancho High School and Valley High School, her time dancing with Redd Foxx, and her bartending career at the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino.
