The UNLV Libraries Patent & Trademark Resource Center powered by Switch, located on the first floor of Lied Library, will be offering drop-in hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3-5 p.m. Additional consultations are available on Mondays and Wednesdays by appointment.
Patrick Griffis, Business Librarian, and Youngwoo Ban, Wiener-Rogers Law Library Research Librarian, will be providing services.
During drop-in hours, you will be able to:
- Access resources such as Patent Public Search and TESS, Trademark Electronic Search System
- Review patent & trademark books as well as United States Patent & Trademark Office brochures
- Meet with trained experts to answer your questions about patent and trademark research.
- Get help with researching and establishing intellectual property rights
Drop-in hours are subject to change. The Patent & Trademark Resource Center will be closed on holidays. The Patent & Trademark Resource Center is open to UNLV students, faculty, and alumni, as well as to community members.
An official grand opening event for the Patent & Trademark Resources Center will be held in November.
