Virtually Visit with Pets of the UNLV Libraries

Monday, May 4, 1-3 p.m.

Stressed out studying for finals? Need a study break? Join the UNLV Libraries faculty, staff, and student employees and meet some of their favorite pets. You might be surprised by a few special species beyond cats and dogs!

You'll also get to meet with some special guests from Beautiful Animals Creature Ranch, including a sloth, a llama/alpaca, a camel, baby goats, and baby ducks. You'll be able to learn their stores and ask questions! RSVP online.

Guided Meditation

Thursday, May 7, 10 - 10:30 a.m. & 1 - 1:30 p.m.

Refocus your attention and energy during study week by attending a guided meditation led by Dr. Sharon Jalene, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Affairs, School of Integrated Health Sciences. This 30-minute session will walk you through a meditation and assist you in relieving stress, worry, and tension. This session will help you focus your intention and attention.
