Summary: This 76 reel collection includes over 200 separate titles and thousands of issues of journals and newspapers covering the entire period of the Menshevik movement (1903 - 1919). It includes virtually all publications of significance relating to the violent changes in Russia's political, social and economic life; the struggle of the Bolshevik vs. Menshevik factions for political control; and the emergence of triumphant Bolshevism. The collection comprises both publications printed in Russia and those smuggled in from abroad. Most of this collection is in the Russian language.
