Summary:

This 11 reel collection documents relations between the White House and the media during the Vietnam era, revealing how the White House attempted to create and control a favorable perception of the war by the media and the public. Six record groups were selected for filming from the LBJ Library: National Security File, Office of the President File, Office Files of George Christian, Fred Panzer and Marvin Ways son, and Meeting Notes File.
