Library drop boxes located across campus for your convenience
- Drop boxes are emptied every day Lied Library is open.
- Items that are returned to a drop box when the library is closed will be checked in and backdated to the last day the library was open.
Do not return reserve items in drop boxes
- Reserve items or other items checked out on an hourly basis (e.g. 2 hours, 24 hours) should never be returned to a drop box. Please take these to one of our libraries on campus and return at the circulation desk.

Located in Parking Lot B, to the east of the Alta Ham Fine Arts building.
Located at the south entrance of the Carlson Education Building.
Located on the sidewalk to the north of the Chemistry Building.
Located near the southeast corner of Classroom Building Complex - Building A.
Located near the southwest corner of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage.
Located at the east entrance of the Lied Library.
Located at the north entrance of the Lied Library, facing Harmon Avenue.
Located near the west entrance of the Paul B. Sogg Architecture Building.
Located near the north side of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
Located to the northwest of the Student Union, just outside of Valerie Pida Plaza.
