The World Languages Collection includes any children’s or young adult literature published predominantly in a language other than English. Titles that have equal English and foreign language terminology are also included. Although any language other than English is included in the World Languages Collection, special attention is paid to the inclusion of Spanish language titles. Items include original works published in a foreign language or translations of popular English titles. All foreign language titles are included in the World Languages Collection regardless of genre.
