Special Collections has an extensive collection of restaurant menus dating from the 1870s to the present day. They include the Bohn-Bettoni Menu Collection which is comprised of hundreds menus dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Bettoni menus focus on Europe, primarily Great Britain and France, while the Bohn menus focus on American restaurants. The contemporary portion of the collection includes a large number of Las Vegas menus from noted hotel/casinos on the Strip as well as thousands of menus from around the United States and the world.
