Special Collections and Archives is located on the third floor of Lied Library on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus.

If you are using a GPS or mapping from an online tool or taking a taxi, please make sure to use our street address NOT our mail address.

987 E. Harmon Ave.
Las Vegas, Nevada

DO NOT use our mailing address, 4505 Maryland Pkwy, as it will put you on the wrong end of campus.

Parking Info

Parking regulations for the academic year are in effect on campus during the week (days/times below); a permit or payment via the cashless hourly parking system for metered parking is required.

Fall/Spring Semester

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday, 7:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

Summer Semester

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, 7:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

Hourly parking will be available through the PayByPhone app where you can pay for short term parking with your smart phone. After 1:00 p.m. on Friday, you may park in a metered space without paying, or park in any unoccupied space labeled "Student" or "Staff".

For researchers who plan to spend an extended period in Special Collections, it may be more convenient to purchase a day or week pass from UNLV Parking Services, which will enable you to park in any student space.
