Reproduction and research fees
Patrons will be provided with an estimated cost of materials prior to digitization, and materials will be provided to them once digitization is complete and after payment is made.
Please note that reproduction of some materials may be restricted due to fragile condition, size, or donor requirements.
Turnaround time is dependent on the complexity of the order and the format of the reproduction. Large orders may take an extended period to fill and we do not have the capacity for expedited or rush orders.

Print quality image scans
Existing high res TIF files are free for download from the Special Collections and Archives Portal

Please note that the Libraries cannot confirm the content or quality of media item(s) before digitization. The requestor agrees to pay agreed upon charges and understands that content and/or quality of the media may vary.
Please be aware that A/V duplication is done according to the vendor's availability and schedule and UNLV SCA cannot control delivery time.
Payment
Payment required in advance. Work begins after receipt of payment. Researchers may pay by check or credit card only.
In some cases, for invoices totaling more than $200, payment by electronic fund transfer (EFT) may be approved. A fee of $10 per transaction will apply for all users.
