An Evening with Christopher Hart

Renowned magician and actor Christopher Hart will serve as the evening’s keynote performance.

“The man with the movie star hand,” and “The most famous right hand in Hollywood” are just two of the quotes reviewers have used to describe the talents of master magician Christopher Hart.

This came following his featured role as Thing, the expressive disembodied hand in the film The Addams Family, and its sequel, Addams Family Values.

As a result of the tremendous box office success of the films, a replica of Christopher’s hand has been featured on display in New York’s Planet Hollywood.

More than just talented digits, Hart gets to use his whole body in the performance of his multi-award winning magic act.

Las Vegas stars Siegfried and Roy both presented Christopher the coveted Silver Lions Head award, and Princess Stephanie of Monaco personally honored Hart with the top prize at the Grand Prix Monique held in Monte Carlo. Hart is also the proud recipient, and two time honoree, of the Hollywood Magic Castle’s Stage Magician of the Year award.

VIP Exclusive: A Private Performance by Mac King

VIP ticket holders are in for something truly special. Las Vegas icon and world renowned comedy magician Mac King will perform a private show exclusively for our VIP guests.

Acclaimed by MAGIC Magazine as the #1 comedy magician in the world today, Mac has been named “Magician of the Year” by the Magic Castle in Hollywood, appeared on seven TV specials for NBC-TV, rocked on The Late Show with David Letterman, broken a Guinness World Record, and his book from Random House just entered its 12th printing.

He’s been named “Entertainer of the Year” and “Best Strip Headliner” by Las Vegas Weekly, and “Best Magician,” “Best Bargain Show,” and “Favorite Male Las Vegan” by the Las Vegas Review Journal. He is a pioneer in bringing high quality entertainment to the afternoons in Las Vegas, being named “Best Afternoon Show” by Where Magazine, Best Read Guide, What’s On Magazine, LVM, and many, many, many, more tourist publications.

In January 2000, King began his current one-man show, The Mac King Comedy Magic Show in Las Vegas, where, over the last 25-plus years, he has performed over 10,000 shows to more than two million fans. This makes him almost certainly the longest-running one-man show in the history of Las Vegas. His appearances on Penn & Teller’s Fool Us TV series prompted them to say, “Mac King is the best comedy magician at least alive today, and maybe who ever lived.”

His astounding sleight of hand and irresistible humor has been seen both live and on television in China, Spain, Japan, Germany, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, England, Argentina, Holland, Dubai, Cuba, Mexico, Finland, Canada, Chile, and Portugal.

According to his wife Jennifer and daughter Eli, he is a fine husband, a great dad, a pretty good cook, and an all around swell fellow.

Joan DuKore

Joan Dukore was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii where she began her performing career as a ballet dancer. Loving playing cards first got her started in her world of magic.

Upon moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, she got a job at Caesar's Magical Empire, the premier venue for magic in Las Vegas at the time. During this time she not only made appearances at various corporate events, but also was one of the strolling performers for Celine Dion's vow renewal reception.

Joan then went on to be one of the environmental performers at The Venetian Hotel & Casino. She enchanted audiences both with strolling and parlour magic there, in addition to taking breaks for touring. She toured Japan, Dubai, Cancun and Canada before coming home to Las Vegas.

Joan has not just performed on the stage, she has been seen on TLC performing magic for their Urban Legend show and on HGTV doing the intro and outros for House Hunters Las Vegas Week. And has graced the covers of The Linking Ring and Genii Magazine, and is a recent recipient of the Milbourne Christopher Award for Magic Excellence.

Kirk Kaplan

Kirk Kaplan is an estate planning attorney by day and a Magician Member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the legendary Magic Castle by night—proof that life’s greatest mysteries aren’t limited to trust documents or tax codes.

When he isn’t guiding families through the intricacies of estate planning, Kirk brings wonder to senior communities with Magic Hands, his uplifting sleight‑of‑hand show designed to spark joy, nostalgia, and the occasional delighted gasp.

He is honored to be part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the Lied Library at UNLV—an institution where curiosity, learning, and a touch of enchantment feel perfectly at home. Magic follows him wherever he goes.
