The University Libraries is proud to announce Gisela Hoxhalli as the winner of the Lied Library 25th Anniversary Logo Contest.

Hoxhalli, a third-year Architecture major at UNLV, was selected by the 25th Anniversary Steering Committee from among 13 submissions. The committee praised her thoughtful incorporation of Lied Library’s stunning architecture into her logo design, capturing both the spirit and the unique character of the building as it marks this milestone year.

Originally from Albania, Hoxhalli enrolled at UNLV to pursue her passion for design and creativity. In addition to her architectural studies, she is deeply engaged in crafting, graphic design, and civic involvement, always seeking to connect design with purpose. She aspires to create meaningful spaces that positively impact communities, share her knowledge one day as a professor, and continue discovering the world through travel and curiosity.

Her winning design will be featured throughout the Lied Library 25th anniversary celebration in 2025.
