Content: Born and raised in rural Petaluma, California, Tina Quigley began flying at sixteen. After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, with dual degrees in aviation business and airport planning, she accepted a job at McCarran Airport in a cohort with Jacob Snow and Curtis Myles. Working under Robert Broadbent, Quigley planned and executed the D Gates project from beginning to end. In 2005 she joined the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) as deputy general manager to the general manager and her former colleague, Snow. When Snow retired in 2012, the RTC Board of Commissioners promoted Quigley to general manager.
