Media Reserves

  • What is the procedure for putting media items on reserve?
    • To put personal media items on reserve, bring your items along with a completed Media Reserve form to the Circulation Desk.
    • To put library-owned media items on reserve, bring a completed Media Reserve form to the Circulation Desk. 
  • What is the turnaround time for media reserve?
    It usually takes 48 hours from the time the material is dropped off at the Circulation Desk.
  • How long can I keep a Media item on reserve?
    Media Reserves will be kept on reserve for one semester, at the end of the semester personal copies will be returned to you via campus mail and library-owned materials will be returned to the stacks. 
  • How do I withdraw items from Media Reserve?
    • To withdraw personal items from Media Reserve, bring your RebelCard to Circulation Desk. Your reserve items will be returned to you right away.
    • To withdraw library-owned items from Media Reserve, you can call the Circulation Desk at 702-895-2111.
