Fall 2019 Study Week Stress Relief Events

We know Study Week is a stressful time. Between cramming for exams and finishing class papers and project, take a break with one of our fun de-stressing activities at Lied Library! Do some virtual reality painting with tips from Bob Ross, spend some time with a certified therapy dog, practice yoga and guided meditation, or get creative and unwind with art therapy. Our full schedule of activities includes:

Monday, December 2

Virtual Reality Painting With Bob Ross

1:30-3:30 p.m., Amargosa Room
Take a study break and paint a virtual reality masterpiece with pro tips from Bob Ross. You can also experience the joy of coloring to de-stress. Snacks will be provided.

Tuesday, December 3

“Paws” For A Study Break

11 a.m.-1 p.m., Amargosa Room
Relieve stress with a therapy dog from Pet Partners of Las Vegas, Love Dog Adventures.

Wednesday, December 4

“Paws” For A Study Break

1-3 p.m., Amargosa Room
