UNLV students are encouraged to apply for two summer fellowships in the University Libraries.
Applications from undergraduate and graduate students are are being accepted for the Information Literacy Fellowship, a 10-week part-time position that will work on English Language Learner Research and Collection Development in the Teacher Development and Resources Library with our Education Librarian Samantha Godbey and TDRL Head Amanda Melilli. Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and a resume indicating relevant skills and experience to Godbey via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline to apply for the fellowship is May 1.
The Knowledge Production department is also hiring a Knowledge Production Fellow to help create and edit 360° videos, which showcase the new Makerspace and Multimedia spaces in Lied Library. This three-month position reports to Design Lab Specialist Leah Howd and requires expertise in video production and editing. Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and resume indicating relevant skills and experience to Howd at email@example.com. The deadline to apply for the fellowship is April 22.
