UNLV faculty, staff, and students participating in Take Your Child To Work Day on Thursday, April 26 will have an opportunity to participate in a pair of events sponsored by the University Libraries.

The Flora and Stuart Mason Undergraduate Peer Research Coaches will be offering 30-minute tours of Lied Library for kids and their parents. The tours, offered at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., will highlight student learning spaces, library resources, technology, and much more. Children aged 5 and up are encouraged to attend. RSVPs are requested at http://cal.library.unlv.edu/event/4047925.

The Teacher Development & Resources Library, located in the William D. Carlson Education Building, will host an Open House from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Parents can bring their child by to explore the latest books published for children and young adults. Kids will be able to explore the most recent additions to our collections and our staff help find your child's next great read. Walk-ins are welcome. Children from birth to young adult are encouraged to attend.
