We know Study Week is a stressful time. Between cramming for exams and finishing class papers and project, take a break with one of our fun de-stressing activities at Lied Library! Take a virtual nature walk, spend some time with a certified therapy dog, practice yoga and guided meditation, or get creative and unwind with art therapy. Our full schedule of activities includes:
