HSL Clinical Reference Titles

The Health Sciences Library at 2040 West Charleston Blvd has a collection of approximately 50 core clinical reference texts covering topics from general medicine to several specialties. These titles are available for use during library business hours. Contact hslref@unlv.edu to inquire about availability of specific titles.

Our leisure reading collection promotes wellness through providing titles that allow an escape from day-to-day stress, and our curated selection of health humanities titles provides a look into interesting and difficult social, ethical, and medical issues. Readers can find titles in our collection ranging from the Harry Potter series, works from physician-authors, and popular histories of medicine and health.

To browse available titles in print and online, please view our Graphic Medicine Guide. To request to borrow a title without access to the Medicine School InfoCommons, please send an email to hslref@unlv.edu and we will be happy to assist you.
