When SOA students were asked in an informal survey what percent *they* thought did not believe in global warming, the answers were all over the place. One said 0% in Vegas because it is too hot not to believe. Another said the younger generation takes this issue more seriously, so only 5% of 18-23 year olds would reject the concept. Yet another asserted that there is zero scientific proof that humans affect the earth's climate. Actual percentages given ranged from 2 (not counting the zero percent) to 75%.
Clearly more education/investigation is needed for those who will be responsible for changing the world one building at a time.
