  • 16 liaison and instruction librarians offer subject-specific reference, course related instruction sessions, and collections and scholarly communications for faculty and students
  • Faculty Institutes in which UNLV Libraries faculty partner with more than 60 UNLV faculty on course design
  • Reference service through instant messaging, text, or email
  • Self-services including self-check-out, online document delivery requests, online access to patron record and online fee payment
  • Desktop Express delivers articles, book chapters, and complete volumes electronically to UNLV patrons' accounts, including distance education students
  • Online access to course reserves
  • Calvert Award for Undergraduate Research recognizes undergraduate students who demonstrate sophistication and originality in research projects
  • Mason Undergraduate Peer Research Coaches Program encourages undergraduate students who exhibit financial need, are first-generation college students or are from under-represented communities to complete their degree
  • Institutional Repository captures, preserves and shares the intellectual output of UNLV faculty, staff, students and collaborations with other stakeholders.
