The collection also includes materials such as correspondence and newspaper clippings related to an event where Hribar stole the Fremont Cannon trophy from the University of Nevada, Reno's campus as part of a practical joke in 1966.

The Liberty Engine Company No. 1 Records (1876-1927) consist of two accounting ledgers belonging to the Liberty Engine Company No. 1, the fifth volunteer fire company formed in Gold Hill, Nevada in 1868. One ledger is signed by a the wife of J. H. (John H.) Witte, who was listed in an 1880 edition of the Gold Hill Daily News as a member of the Liberty Engine Company No. 1. The collection also contains banking transactions dating from 1926 to 1927 and a handwritten account of various payments made to the heirs of a Mrs. S. K. Witte in 1906. Some items in this collection are digital surrogates.

The store was created to provide services to residents and prospectors during a mining boom in White Pine County that lasted from 1887 to approximately 1890. The materials also consist of Liddle's General Store accounts, business correspondence, and transactions, such as wholesale purchases of general merchandise and mining supplies from vendors in Eureka, Nevada, San Francisco, California, and smaller nearby locations. An undated hand-drawn map of the townsite is also included.

The Tonopah and Tidewater Railroad Records (1905-1977) contain correspondence, purchase requisitions, bills of lading, freight reports, and waybills. Also included are a ledger book, a rubber stamp, and a booklet, "Diagrams of Locomotives and Tenders." Incorporated in 1904, the Tonopah and Tidewater Railroad operated for 35 years, connecting Ludlow, California with Beatty, Nevada by way of Death Valley on the Santa Fe Railroad main line. The records are concentrated on the later years of the railroad from 1930 to 1940.

The Wilson Family Papers (1875-1918) document the personal and professional lives of James B. Wilson Sr., James B. Wilson Jr., and George Twison "Tweed" Wilson, early pioneers in Southern Nevada. The collection is comprised of personal correspondence, invoices and advertisements from the Wilson family business, the Sandstone Ranch, and photographs of the extended Wilson family.
