Tonopah Room

Tonopah (Shoshone for water brush), the site of one of the richest booms in the West, was an Indian campground years before Jim Butler discovered silver there in 1900. Still active today, Tonopah offers the elegant Mizpah hotel, named after one of the largest mines established in the area.

Tech Specs

Perfect for small meetings or discussions, the Tonopah Room has an elongated table, a whiteboard, and ports for electrical or network connection for laptops. Tonopah can be reserved for library related activities by contacting the Instruction Department at 895-2123. Requests for laptops must be made in advance. Room 1142. Suggested number of participants - 16.
