For Students...
Fines for overdue reserve materials
- $1.00 per hour for 2 hour and 24-hour materials
- $2.00 per day for 3 and 7-day materials.
Note: THERE IS NO MAXIMUM FINE AND NO GRACE PERIOD.
For faculty...
Placing materials on reserve
For physical reserves:
- Complete course reserve form
- Bring completed form and reserve materials to CML circulation desk.
For e-reserves:
- Complete course reserve form
- Print out any e-reserve materials. E-reserve articles should be legible, without large black margins or dark patches from xeroxing. The articles should be one-sided, black-and-white, and on 8.5"x11" paper.
- Bring completed form and reserve materials to CML circulation desk.
CML staff release a date each semester by which electronic reserves must be submitted in order to be ready by the first day of the semester. Other than this deadline, electronic reserves placed at the CML will generally be posted within 48 hours of submission in the order that they are received.
There is no limit on the number of items that a faculty member can place on electronic reserve at the CML.
