Please read below:

• The online registration form and an electronic copy of your art* (e.g. digital photo) must be submitted to the Architecture Studies Library no later than Friday, September 23, 2009 at 5:00pm.
  *Photo should be in .jpg format, file size should be under 1 MB (1 megabyte)
• The physical piece should be submitted to the Architecture Studies Library by Monday, September 25th, 2009 at 5:00pm.
• You will be notified of your acceptance into the show no later than 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2009.
• Exhibit will run from October 5, 2009 through November 6, 2009.
• You are urged to attend an Opening Reception on Friday, October 9th at 5:00pm in the Architecture Studies Library.
• Date to pick up art pieces after the exhibit is weekend of November 7-8, 2009.
• I agree the piece may be displayed and hung in the Architecture Studies Library.
• I agree to having a jpg of my artwork posted on the Architecture Studies Library website and in the exhibit brochure.
