Name of Project:  Cesaretti Residence

Project Location:  Las Vegas, Nevada

Project Type:  Residential

Client:  Cesaretti Family

The Cesaretti Residence is a design that focuses on convenience, detail, appropriate plant use, and texture combinations. Seating areas framed by raised planters offer many different outdoor rooms giving the site a multi-faceted character. In addition to creating an element of privacy, the raised planting beds increase the ease of gardening. One of the raised planter seating areas is located directly outside the kitchen. This planting area provides the opportunity to grow fresh herbs and vegetables for culinary use. The combination of complimentary colors of flagstone, stamped concrete, stucco, and tile create an environment of desert warmth and visual interest. The Cesaretti Residence made up of preserved mountain views and interesting hardscape softened by carefully chosen plantings creates a setting fit for entertaining as well as relaxing private use.
