Dr. Sombat Thiratrakoolchai, who taught in the UNLV School of Architecture for 16 years and is now a Fullbright Scholar, an associate professor, and the Dean of the School of Architecture in Chiang Mai Univeristy in Chiang Mai, Thailand, discusses how he started the architectural school there from scratch. The lecture is followed by a question and answer session
