From the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China;
a Las Vegas downtown revitalization case study

On exhibit in the ASL Gallery Sept. 15, 2005 - Nov 9, 2005

During the years 2004 and 2005 professors and students from Tsinghua University's School of Architecture, located in Beijing, China, came to study downtown Las Vegas with revitalization in mind. They researched the history and culture of our neon city and developed projects for the 100 South Grand Central Parkway site location. In the end, they presented one hundred design boards to Las Vegas commemorating the Centennial Anniversary of the founding of our city.
