Design Approach: This project was created to provide Family Practice and Urgent Care programs in a single family residential neighborhood. Designers choose the style and residential scale of “Prairie” style architecture. The building was set back from the corner as much as possible to maximize the landscaping and soften the impact to the public edge of the neighborhood. Chimneys and massing articulation were used to change the scale of the building while respecting the single story neighborhood.
