Design Approach: The client required that both retail and office buildings received prominent exposure, while keeping the office buildings more exclusive and private than the retail stores. The solution was to provide a wide, formal entry to the deeply recessed office buildings, allowing both office and retail spaces to be clearly visible from the main street.
