Design Approach: The design concept was generated from the site's context
and the client's desire to name the project Sedona 24/7. The project is
located within view of the Red Rock Canyon National Recreational area,
which contains geographical features similar to Sedona, Arizona. The designers
were inspired by the rhythmic way the moon plays with treescapes and mountain
forms of both areas. The design team chose to explore the relationship
between music, architecture, nature as well as the client's program requirements.
